

Power of One's Readiness Program is designed to prepare individuals for the demands of military or law enforcement boot camp. Through proven training methods, students will lose weight, strengthen their minds and tone their bodies. Our primary goal is to help students increase their health and fitness to a level that will prepare them and help them exceed boot camp expectations.
Students will be instructed on proper Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) techniques, as well as many types of cutting edge fitness training techniques. Learning goal management techniques, students will overcome many pre-conceived barriers and attain levels they never thought possible! The confidence and self-empowerment they gain will carry in to their military and law enforcement lives increasing their efficiency and effectiveness.
