My study in martial arts in began in 1978. I started training in Muay Thai in 1989. I passed the instructor level test in 1994. I have continued training and teaching since then.
My emphasis in teaching is on the body mechanics of striking. Proper footwork is the basis of these mechanics. You will use less energy executing kicks, punches, elbows or knees with the proper mechanics of striking. Muay Thai training is fun and invigorating. The techniques and combinations learned are also very effective for self defense.
